I've bought a unit in Chermside right near the hospital and I've got to get out of the contract. My down payment is 10%. I risk losing it if I don't find another buyer. I keep hearing someone is going to come along and help. Doesn't make alot of sense. I have two weeks until I'm supposed to buy it. I'd be happy if you helped me. I need to resell it. The agent that is working on it is unbelievable. His name is Simon Wheelans. I don't trust him. He just wants to resell it so he can come out with twice the commission and is hiding from me whether or not he can resell it. It works to his favor for no one to buy it. Can you lend a hand?
