Hi my name is Adam on 0405 245 255 and my wife is Danielle; We are a quiet, friendly, decent, hardworking, clean and tidy couple with excellent rental, personal, proffessional references. I am a landscape gardener and my wife works in an office. Were currently living in Sydney and paying $490p/wk (water,electricity,phone,internet incl.) After being here 4 years the owners are renovating and were building a home in Perth that will be ready within 12months. Were moving areas from Sydney to the Central Coast to save slightly on rent and I have some gardening contracts now in the Gosford area. Were wanting to pay $300p/wk (or less) but are willing to pay anywhere upro $330p/wk. I can offer my services to improve and maintain the properties gardening/landscaping/fencing/verandah/tiling/paving etc included. Additionally we want to make an offer to the owners that instead of signing up for a 6 month lease want to sign up for 3months (to be certain that we find the property and neighbours etc good enough that we would want to extend the rental period for anytime to 12months).
