SimpleTrade Pty Ltd (ABN 99 118 388 622) (“SimpleTrade”, “us” or “we”) operates the SimpleTrade website.
By accessing this website, including browsing, offering, selling and buying, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must not use our website.
We may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notification, so you should regularly review these when you visit our site.

Transactions between buyers and sellers
Simple Trade is a passive online channel for distribution and publication of information about items advertised for sale, with the purpose of connecting potential buyers and sellers.
We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. For that reason, we have no control over and, to the extent permitted by law, make no warranties in relation to, the suitability, quality, safety or legality of any items advertised for sale on the SimpleTrade site, the accuracy or truth of any advertising listings on the SimpleTrade site or the ability of sellers and buyers to actually enforce or complete a transaction.
The material on this web site does not constitute advice and you should not rely on any material in this web site to make (or refrain from making) any decision or take (or refrain from taking) any action.
SimpleTrade does not make any warranty or representation as to the accuracy or fitness for purpose of any material on this web site or the reliability of the access to this web site.
In no event do we accept liability of any description, including liability for negligence, for any damages or losses (including, without limitation, loss of business, revenue, profits, or consequential loss) whatsoever resulting from performance of, use of or inability to use this web site.

SimpleTrade does not control the content of advertisements (ads), discussion groups, forums or communication between buyers and sellers. It reserves the right to delete or edit content in ads at its discretion and to terminate access to or use of the website. As well as these rules, you must comply with the rules set out below when you place an ad at SimpleTrade.

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an ad at the SimpleTrade website, or buy an item via the SimpleTrade site, or submit any questions, responses or comments on the SimpleTrade site.
It is your responsibility to mark your ad as sold or remove it from the SimpleTrade website as soon as the item you have advertised has been sold or for any other reason should not be advertised any longer. 
You may only access this website if you reside in Australia.
The item you are advertising must be present in Australia.

Anonymous information
SimpleTrade collects different types of information. The first type is anonymous information. For instance, we may collect information to tell us that 2,000 people visit this Privacy Policy today, but we do not know their names, where they live or their date of birth - they are ‘anonymous’ to us. Another example of SimpleTrade collecting anonymous information is when visitors are invited to respond to a poll on the SimpleTrade website.

Please contact us if you would like to access personal information we hold about you. We will give you access unless we are allowed or required by law to refuse it. We may ask you to pay our reasonable costs of providing access.

In certain circumstances, we may refuse to give access to your personal information or amend it. Usually we will explain why and, in the case of amendment, make a note that you have disputed the accuracy or completeness of particular information.

Credit Card
SimpleTrade takes great care to ensure your credit card information is safe.

Email Alert
Emails from SimpleTrade may contain IDs that are unique to each user. Please do not reveal your password or forward emails onto others as they could access your personal details stored in MyAccount.

Changing or accessing your information
You can inspect your personal details at any time and modify them via My Account. Should you no longer wish to receive newsletters or services you have signed up for, or if you wish to review or receive copies of the personal information we hold about you, or have any other queries please contact us, and include full details of your request.
We may charge a small administration fee in relation to fulfilling a request for access to personal information.

Refund Policy

If you for any reason have a change of mind and wish to close down your store, you can request a refund within 7 days after the invoice date. No refunds are given after 7 days.

Refund procedure
In order for us to process your request, you must contact the SimpleTrade team in one of the following ways:

To make the process quicker, please provide us with the following details:

· Your name;
· The name of your Store;
· Your Store ID;
· Specify whether you are requesting an exchange, or a refund;
· Your reason for the return / exchange;
· A copy of the original invoice or the original invoice number;
· Your daytime phone number and your email address; and
· If you are contacting us via email, please put “Refund” in the subject line. 

The money will be placed back into your nominated account within 14 days after notifying us of your wish to close your store. 

If you have requested a refund or exchange and we are unable to fulfill your request, a member of our team will contact you via phone or email.
