The Ink & Toner Industry Is A Scam
How much do you pay for printer ink or toner? Way too much. Printer retailers make a huge profit on the same ink you can buy for peanuts if you know the right people... they keep it expensive - it's in their best interest to... and they laugh all the way to the bank! How often do you have to scrape together hundreds of dollars just to replace an empty...or so-called “expired” cartridge?
Here's something which should be obvious, but nobody seems to understand: ink doesn't go off. You don't keep it in the fridge with the eggs and milk... or at least I hope you don't. Your pen doesn't make you sick if you use it after a few months of buying it. So why does printer ink stop working after a certain arbitrary date? Where's the logic? They couldn't be lying to you......or could they!? Newsflash, we live in a sad world full of greedy people.
Now when it comes to the huge expense of printing supplies, you can try and blame the overseas manufacturers, or you could mutter something about MOQ's and KPI's and supply chains, or you could tell me that the overheads of business are what make retailers charge an arm and a leg for ink... but you're dead wrong. There's more price-fixing in printing than in the petrol. It all comes down to one thing – the retailers trying to control what is supposed to be a free market
The cold hard truth is that the desktop printing industry is a scam which nearly anyone with a computer buys into.
“Wow, thanks, now I just feel like I've been swindled!”.... I know you're thinking it. Stop acting so hopeless. I've got some contacts in the very factories that sell to the retailers who are ripping you off, and I want to use this to both your and my advantage. I can get you ink at probably the fairest price you'll find (Unless you start jamming ballpoints into your Lexmark – and I don't think that's covered in the warranty!)..... The last guy I talked to was spending $150 every few months just on toner – his total order came to a third of that after he spoke to me. And if you've got a few cartridges laying around which claim to have 'gone off', I can show you how to un-expire them with no risk and very little cost (I like to teach a man to fish if I can). If you're afraid of dodgy products, I offer a full money-back guarantee on all items.
Here's the deal. Call me up and let's have a talk. Stop wasting your money on glorified colour-water and get in touch on my personal number - 041 58 58 58 3. Any time is fine with me.
