Our client, a large IT Services Consultancy in Australia is currently experiencing a high level of growth and as such they have a requirement for a Technical Test Analyst for a large Banking Project.
In this role you will be required to use your knowledge of Best Practice Testing Methods to work within the Test Team. You will be required to liaise with the application development teams, SME's and business teams to conduct end to end testing of the technical components of this large scale banking solution.
In this role you will be required to:
Contribute to the development of the Technical Test Plans and Test Objective Metrics.
Assist associated test teams with stress volume and performance testing where required.
Write Test Cases against Technical Design and Architecture documents.
Prepare technical test data and automate where possible.
Execute Technical Test Cases.
Prepare associated test documentation.
To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of 3 years Testing experience with a preference for Testers who have come from a development background. You will also have a minimum of 2 years experience in the banking, finance or telecommunication industries or other large scale environments that strive for best practice testing processes.
Previous experience with Mercury Quality Centre is preferred.
