The Systems Analyst / Business Analyst will :
· Involved in all phases of software development life-cycle (i.e. requirements,
design development, testing and release support).
· Provide development process guidance; and develop and define organisation
configuration items associated with process and quality improvements
framework.
· Plan, design and coordinate the development and implementation of processes
and product integration to an operational model; in consultation with Program
Manager, IT Project Manager and technical leads.
· Producing development organisation assessments, develop development case,
prepare project specific templates, prepare project specific guidelines; and
support the release of development process for enterprise application
· Conduct business analysis that identify design and process requirements
· Document design and process requirements; and assist in the development of
the technical solutions that support those requirements in consultation with
external stakeholders and the project team.
· Provide guidance on interpretation of design solution and systems/technical
documentation.
· Prepare technical specifications, operational procedures and other
documentation as required
