We are currently working on a number of support roles ranging from EA to MD office, EA to Head of Department, L&D Senior Administrator to general Team Support. All roles are from the one employer who is a leader in the financial sector and it's a great opportunity to become part of this ever growing business.
Knowledge and Experience needed for these roles include:
* Proven ability to proactively manage and prioritise managers Diary using Lotus notes
* Manage email and draft correspondence
* Preparation and formatting of documents/packs for meetings
* Effective delegation and initiating assistance as appropriate with respect to incoming requests - phone calls / emails
* Intermediate - Advanced MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Good planning and organising skills
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Customer service orientation
* Experience in working for large organisations
Experience working in financial services would be an advantage for these roles as would attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a professional approach to your working environment. You should also be able to demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills.
