This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Level Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join a boutique private company in the Finance and Property sector.
This is small team of high level investment advisors who specialise in private equity and property. This company recognise the value contributed and rewards their staff accordingly. This highly corporate role can offer a strong work/life balance without large corporation politics. The key accountabilities of this role include;
* Management of day to day office operations
* Provide executive support to the CEO and COO - diary management, travel management, email correspondence
* Being the first point of contact for clients and the "face of the business"
* Creation and development of high level presentations
* Financial reporting and analysis
* Project Management
* Preparation and organisation of presentations and functions
The successful candidate will possess the following;
* Minimum 8 years demonstrated experience in a high level EA or Office Manager role
* Exemplary presentation as you will be the face of the business and client contact
* Experience in creating and developing high level presentations
* Exposure to financial reporting and high financial literacy
* Project Management experience
* Advanced PowerPoint/Word/Excel skills required
* Exposure to or background in corporate finance and property will be highly regarded
