Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and motivating a team of 6 credit officers and 2 allocation officers.
Your accountabilities would be:
Assisting the Credit Manager with the collection of the Company’s receivables in a timely manner
Set team goals and targets and provide a positive working environment
Leading and motivating staff
Deliver key business strategies to staff with confidence and passion
Visiting major accounts and reinforcing the company's terms of trade
Constant review of debtors and stringently enforcing the credit policy
Open line of communications with Sales, Reservation and Operations
Providing customers with a positive experience at each point of contact
Adhoc duties as per the Credit Manager
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
At least 6 years experience in Collection or Credit Control
Min of 2 years experience in supervising and leading a team
A passion for credit
A calm attitude and exceptional time management skills
