Brand new, all still in sealed packets and boxes. Non-genuine but have used these for past 5 years and they are good quality. I have 3 spare, brand new toner cartridges, one black, one cyan and one magenta. Cheapest I could find on internet were $75 ea (non-genuine), selling these for $40 each + postage.
