We are selling our 23' Windsor Seaview caravan. Non smokers/no pets. Features include: Independent suspension, 12 volt battery pack with charger, 3 water tanks (2x60 litre..1x50litre), 2x12 volt electric water pumps, flat screen t.v., d.v.d player, top box, stereo/radio/c.d. player, Wynguard aerial, gas hot water heater, 3 way fridge, 4 burner gas stove, stainless steel splashback, 2 single beds with quality latex mattresses, beds have storage drawers under, microwave, reverse cycle air conditioner, L-shaped seating/dining area, plenty of storage space, seperate shower and toilet with vanity unit which has cupboards above and below. Fully enclosed annexe which we have never used, outside canvas cover for fridge, 2 pole carriers. Wheel bearings replaced approx 3 monthe ago. Always garaged when not in use.
