Only used for 1 year. Angelcare Sound & Movement Monitor has under-the-mattress Sensor Pads detect every baby's movement made. The alarm sounds after 20 seconds if no movement, even the slightest breathing movements, is detected and has adjustable sensitivity. Battery (8AAA) or AC adaptor operated. Optional tic sound to hear baby's movements. 2 channels to minimize interferance. Automatically converts to battery in case of power failure. Sound lights to see and hear baby's sounds. Low battery indicator.



Well-looked after. Approx 2 years old and purchased for $200. It is so sensitive it can pick up baby's breathing (some babies goes through breathing problems in the middle of night) In my case, after 20 secs a loud alarm sounds, I would run into my baby's room and check on him. He would gasp and then start breathing again. This monitor gave me many nights of peace of mind.
