1920s art deco club lounge comprising of two single seats and one two and a half seater. Was professionally restored only one year ago but is in as original condition as possible in order to maintain its value. The upholstery is a cream Herringbone Warrick fabric. The castors, stud work, chrome work and wood are all original, and have been re polished and varnished, even the springs inside are original. Was recushioned when re-upholstered which provides great comfort. Looks outstanding and is a huge talking point when new people come to the home. Fabric in outstanding condition. Owes us five thousand dollars but we are happy to make a significant loss. Must sell, price negotiable. A must see!
