I have 2 rooms for rent with built in robes and 1 share bathroom with 1 separate share toilet, both available now. Both bedrooms are unfurnished. The house is furnished with air-conditioing and a small amount of room for your own furniture if it has to be required. Backyard has a medium-large grassed area with small shed, washing line and my awesome puppy Kiba! Community facilities, parks, public transport and the newly expanded Ellenbrook shopping centre is all within walking distance.
Open to Males, Females or Couples but must be responsible and clean. I am pet freindly, I dont smoke but smoking is allowed outside. Rent is $130 per week, with half share of general bills.
