Hey guys. I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at Urbanest South Brisbane. It's a twin share room bedroom and en-suite with a shared kitchen and lounge.
It's $159 p/w ($11 cheaper then the current price) which includes rent, electricity, water, air-con, contents insurance and and small amount of internet (with good value broadband packages available). The lease ends at the end of December.
