I currently have a villa in Hamilton Hill. It is a 1 bedroom modern brick unit. 3 mins from beach & Fremantle, external brick storage room, undercover carport, no steps, easily modifiable for wheelchair (another identical unit was modified for a single person in a wheelchair), pet friendly, small private back yard, fish pond with fountain in back yard, reticulated, close to shops & public transport. I need to swap to a 2 bedroom place with a private yard for a very small dog in the Perth Metro area; preferably around the Fremantle district. **Please Note: Homeswest has very specific rules regarding how many bedrooms you are entitled to. Even if you currently live in a 2 bedroom place you may still only be entitled to swap to a 1 bedroom place if the number of people residing in the place has changed.**
