Excellent rental references and also able to caretake between my own job.
Prefer Hawkesbury, Central Coast or Hunter, but would definately consider other area's.
Can fence and have own new ride on mower. Good gardener. Can handle livestock etc.
Can pay outright weekly/monthly for rent, or negotiate a lesser amount if caretaking is required.
