Hi, we have a VERY WELL LOOKED AFTER Homeswest Swap available. NO DAMAGE IN/OUT HOME - All MAINTENANCE UP TO DATE. 4 bedroom x 2 bathrooms x Double carport house in Rockingham and NEED to move up to the Perth Hills/Swan or a surrounding area, ASAP. Homeswest only allow SWAP FOR SAME unless you are entitled to go into larger or downsize to smaller home. Reason for move: our children attending school in the Hills area, need somewhere closer, Looking at moving ASAP. We would be interested in any of the following: As far as Ellenbrook, The Vines, Upper Swan, Beechboro, Caversham, Jane Brook, Mundaring, Stoneville, chidlow (Approx up to 40km from Mt Helena). We would need a home of similar size (as we are entitled to 4 bdrm and have 5 children) plus in backyard, would be a bonus to have room for a 20Ft (6M) above ground pool (incl fencing distances) & our dog.
